Redeveloped and modernized apartments and lodge units are on the way for lower-income seniors across Alberta. These redevelopments will add more affordable housing supply, help increase residents’ quality of life, and increase their mobility and access to services. Adaptable accommodations and services will enhance the independence of seniors living in these housing units by allowing them to age-in-place, staying close to friends and loved ones as their needs change.
