EDUCATOR – Full-Time Positions
Continuing Care Safety Association (CCSA) is currently recruiting for the above regular full-time positions. Reporting to the Executive Director, the positions are responsible for the delivery of Continuing Care Safety Association (CCSA) educational programs and consultation services to association and industry facility operators and staff throughout the province of Alberta. Key accountabilities include; facilitation of training courses, arranging/conducting work site assessments and safety inspections, participating in the annual review of all training materials to reflect current requirements and support for Program Development. Travel and flexible work schedule (evenings/weekends) are required.
The individual will have excellent organizational, time management and communications skills, a self starter with attention to detail.
The successful applicant will have a Bachelor of Education degree or Adult Education Certificate, Minimum 3 years experience as an Educator, along with strong computer skills. Knowledge of Continuing Care and Senior Supported Living with a health care background would be an asset. A combination of training experience and education will also be considered.
